  • Supporting production in technical matters, such as SAP readiness, Process sheet, Routings, NC Programming, Route cards, Tool list, Troubleshooting etc.
  • Creating and optimizing manufacturing processes and work plans, improving efficiency, reducing cycle time, costs, and ensuring product quality through technical knowledge, problem-solving, root cause analysis.
  • Upgrade process/equipment with advanced technology available in market.
  • Manage & control tool inventory.
  • Drive Quality improvement project, Process improvement project & Productivity improvement project
  • Support in providing the necessary tools, accessories and resources in collaboration with procurement
  • Supporting FPY improvement, NCR and NVA reduction projects.
  • Regular maintenance of contract and technical support to machine shop & assembly such as standardization and production-friendly design.
  • Support in the creation of CNC programs, Tool path & tool selection and alternatives in process.
  • Maintenance of the programming workstations. Maintaining software for manufacturing
  • Representing the interests of the Head of Machining to the employees
  • Leading Capex, New machining investment, Shop layout, Change management and design changes in machine shop & assembly.
  • Capacity & capability building within machining & assembly functions
  • Align internal process with BC standards
  • Supporting sub-con strategy, planning & cost calculation. cost control.
  • Handling changes notices and project addenda before, during and after Manufacturing process or assembly process
  • Initiating and implementing decisions according to the “Make-or-Buy” strategy corresponding systems
  • Hub function between design, assembly, machining and quality assurance

  • The aim and mission is to optimize and improve processes in production and deliver the entire product range according to customer requirements (BCIN, BCx, external customers)
  • Global development and implementation of manufacturing optimizations for tools, Manufacturing processes, programming
  • Technical induction and training of new team leaders/employees
  • Independent management of projects/subprojects as well as process optimization tasks
  • Ensuring knowledge management (training and further education) of all employees
Education/ experience / languages:
  • B.E. with 6-7 years / DME with 9-10 years of experience.
  • Experience in the field of machining, NC programming, Tool/fixture designing, manufacturing methods/process, various CNC/conventional machine tools, equipment & cutting tools, Assembly function & pressure testing.
  • Deep knowledge of various cutting tools, measuring instruments & other related equipments
  • Working knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of local language is compulsory
