Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will drive service improvement activities, to ensure customer satisfaction with our products,services + features.How you create impact

Lead and optimize the Customer Care (CCL) team to deliver exceptional customer experience and sustainable growth
Drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high service quality and cross-functional collaboration
Own and drive sales activities and customer lifecycle management, including best-in-class onboarding
Champion continuous improvement of processes, controls, and data integrity (customer contact, service data, reporting)
Ensure effective stakeholder coordination for seamless shipment execution and service delivery
Oversee customer complaint resolution, ensuring consistent delivery against customer expectations
Collaborate closely with OCC and RCC to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Deliver against financial targets and strategic objectives, including performance tracking and P&L ownership.

Proven leadership experience in customer care, logistics, or freight forwarding environment
Strong customer and stakeholder management skills with a service-oriented mindset
Solid understanding of operations, products, and market dynamics within the industry
Demonstrated ability to drive sales, retention, and service improvement initiatives
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with focus on continuous improvement
Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
