- IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Monitoring
- Supervise and monitor all IPQA activities in manufacturing areas.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines during production processes.
- Line clearance verification before batch start-up.
- In-process checks and verification of critical process parameters.
- Review of BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record).
- Investigation of deviations, OOS, OOT, and non-conformances.
- Risk Assessment & Analysis
- Perform risk analysis using tools such as FMEA, HACCP, and risk-based approaches.
- Identify potential quality risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Participate in change control evaluation and risk assessment.
- Ensure compliance with ICH guidelines and global regulatory standards.
- Very good English written and verbal communication; preferably from medical device or Pharma Industry.
- Good English Communication Skills.
