  • Monitoring of MEP works in Construction and Interior fitout projects
  • Coordination and scheduling of MEP resources
  • Preparation of progress reports and status updates
  • Stake holder management
  • Health and Safety management on site
  • Quality assurance/quality control of MEP systems
  • Procurement and change management process
  • Commissioning of MEP systems
  • Close-out of MEP project documentation
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical with an experience of 5 to 8 years.
  • Experience in residential projects including interior fit-out scope of works.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project
