- DMS & SFA adoption
- Drive the adoption of new ways of work with the improved DMS & SFA
- Lead and manage the initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues, escalating concerns as needed.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and providing regular status updates to stakeholders and steering committees.
