- Master the greytHR product features, keep updated on new features and stay as an extremely competent user of the software.
- Deliver product training sessions for internal teams, clients, and partners.
- Deliver training onsite, in a classroom for a set of participants, online/webinar, and/or e-learning via LMS.
- Call customers based on support training tickets to understand specific training requirements and address them effectively.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to follow-up and close the training tickets promptly and efficiently, meeting, or exceeding customer expectations.
- Develop and enhance training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources, ensuring they align with the evolving product features and updates.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, gathering feedback from trainees, and continuously improving training content based on insights.
- Work towards increasing customer satisfaction scores related to product training initiatives.
- Coordinate with various in-house stakeholders like Tech writers, Subject Matter Experts, QA team and Product team members to deliver product training.
- Generate various reports on the Training's, effectiveness, and feedback as per requirements.
- Bachelor's in science, Management or Engineering
- Diploma or Degree in HR / Payroll domains (desired and not mandatory)
- Excellent Teaching skills which include Explanation, Reinforcement, Illustration with an example, asking probing questions and evaluating a candidate's progress.
- Able to conduct product orientation and training to cross-functional teams, and customers with adherence to process and training schedules.
- 2-3 Years of experience as a faculty involved in software product training.
- Working knowledge of software/domain in Payroll or HR will be a very big advantage.
- Software implementation/delivery experience at any stream (desired, but not mandatory)
- Excellent English Communication skills - oral, written, and listening.
- Proficiency in speaking Hindi is an added advantage.
- Customer calling experience would be an added advantage.
- Interaction - facilitation, influencing, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Self-organized and ability to work with minimal direction.
