- Lead and oversee the entire quality control function across operations.
- Establish and strengthen quality systems, processes, and standards
- Ensure compliance with FSSC, HACCP, ISO, BRCGS, FDA, KOSHER, GMP and other regulatory requirements
- Manage internal and external audits, certifications, and inspections
- Drive continuous improvement in product quality and process efficiency
- Lead and mentor the quality team
- Collaborate with production and management teams for quality assurance
- Experience in quality control, in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC, HACCP, ISO, BRCGS, FDA, KOSHER, GMP)
- Proven experience in handling audits and certifications
- Leadership experience in managing quality teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
