We Are Hiring For An Export Sales Lead (Male Candidates Only)Location: Onsite/GurgaonExperience: 7-12 yrsIndustry: FMCGSalary: 27 LPA-30 LPAMin Education: GraduationAbout the RoleWe are hiring an experienced Export Sales & Business Development Manager to drive international business growth in the FMCG (Food and Beverage) sector. The role requires strong expertise in private/white labelling, FMCG exports, and distributor management, along with a proven ability to deliver large-scale sales targets.The candidate will be responsible for developing export markets in South Asia, Europe, and Africa, establishing strong buyer networks, and executing strategies that deliver sustainable topline growth.Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand FMCG exports (food category) from India to global markets.- Achieve monthly sales targets of - 5 Cr+, ensuring sales forecast accuracy for both -primary & secondary sales.- Lead market expansion strategies, including new product development (NPDs), launches, and Joint Business Planning (JBP).- Build and maintain strong relationships with FMCG buyers, distributors, and stockists.- Monitor trade activations, measure ROI, and manage overall market spends.- Ensure compliance with EXIM laws and international trade regulations.- Travel to export markets as required for business development and distributor management.- Collaborate with senior management (GM & Directors) for strategic decision-making.Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)- Male candidate, based in the Delhi/NCR region.- Experience in FMCG (Food) Private/White Labelling.- Currently managing a topline of $5M+ annually.- 7+ years in B2B sales and export business.5+ years in:- Sales forecasting (primary & secondary)- Distributor management across Asia and/or Africa- Managing trade spends, activations, and ROI- Market expansions, new product launches, and JBP- Strong knowledge of EXIM laws and regulations.- Well-connected with FMCG buyers and export distributors.- Proficiency in MS Office & reporting systems.- Willingness to travel to international markets.Skills & Competencies- Strong financial planning and analytical skills.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing ability.- Highly organised, results-driven, and deadline-focused.- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.- Deep market understanding (pricing, demand, consumer trends, shopper insights).- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.Why Join Us?This is a senior opportunity to lead FMCG export growth across international markets.
