Spearheading a team of Credit Managers across Bangalore region; increasing revenue contribution of company through various strategic initiativesManaging the portfolio of home loans; underwriting high value proposals ; administering credit appraisal, financial analysis and decision of loan proposals
Mapping clients requirements & providing customized collaterals; understanding their functional processes & requirement through interviews / discussions
Analysing performance history along with liquidity, debt / asset management and profitability ratios to assess credit worthiness in evaluation
Steering debt management strategy & collections, audits and process compliance
Partnership with Business Development, Operations, Legal, Technical and Customer Service Teams and other control groups of the organization to help in offering end-to-end solution to the clients
Preparing reports and analyses on compliance and adverse trends along with appropriate recommendations or conclusions
Delivering proper trainings to team members on credit & collections
