Role Description This is a full-time on-site role at our location in Saltlake Sector-5 for a Fresher Company Secretary. The Fresher Company Secretary will be responsible for a range of tasks that include preparing and maintaining statutory books, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations, and filing statutory returns. Qualifications A degree in law, commerce, or business administration Experience in company secretarial work and knowledge of company law and regulations Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
