You will provide third-level day-to-day platform support, and lead the performance, security, capacity, availability related initiatives, and assist investigate and resolve the incidents by working closely with Servicenow or upstream/downstream integrated ITS application teams. Sometimes, issues might get complicated, and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with development teams and specialists will come into play. When it comes to business process, data security and other issues related to our technologies, communicating with our vendors is key.or any issues related to Servicenow functions or processes within DHL Express, you are our superhero. Here’s what we are looking for:We are seeking a Senior IT Solutions Consultant – ServiceNow to lead the Purchase to Delivery (P2D) workstream, overseeing a portfolio of enterprise applications, including (but not limited to):

AQCC (Advanced Quality Control Center)
SCMS (Security Case Management System)
PCM (Tax/OpenSuma) (Post Clearance Modification)
IT Security/SecMCO (Secure MCO)
Shipment Alert
QualiTrack
UV IPR (Under Value, Intellectual Property Rights)
SPARK

In this role, you will act as the senior technical authority and strategic advisor for all ServiceNow solutions within this workstream. You will ensure platform reliability, solution excellence, and seamless integration across these applications while providing governance and technical assurance for all changes.This is a long-term ownership role, focused on sustainable platform evolution rather than short-term consulting delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Governance & Technical Acceptance

Define and enforce solution design standards, technical acceptance criteria, and quality gates
Validate that solutions meet architectural, security, performance, and operational requirements before production deployment
Provide risk assessment and solution validation for new initiatives within the P2D workstream

ServiceNow Platform Strategy & Leadership

Own the technical architecture and overall health of ServiceNow for P2D applications
Support the creation and maintenance of a long-term platform roadmap, scalability strategy, and technical standards for this workstream
Guide best practices across development, configuration, and integrations
Act as primary technical authority and escalation point for all P2D applications

Engineering & Solution Design

Facilitate the design and build of custom workflows, applications, scripts, and integrations for P2D solutions
Lead architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
Ensure platform security, performance, scalability, and availability for all applications
Oversee integrations with other enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs

DevOps & Release Governance

Lead CI/CD strategy, automation, release management, and upgrades for P2D applications
Drive automation of testing, validation, and deployment processes
Establish structured release governance and platform lifecycle management

Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

Partner with business and application teams to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor on platform capabilities and design decisions
Mentor developers and administrators to elevate platform maturity

Required Experience

8+ years of experience in IT Solutions Consulting, Platform Engineering, or Enterprise Systems
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development or administration
Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automation, and release governance
Intermediate JavaScript skills; experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Proven experience as a technical lead, solution architect, or platform owner
Good foundation of agile methodologies and delivery frameworks
Strong understanding of solution assurance and quality governance

Nice to Have

Experience with ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps, or HRSD modules
Experience in cloud, cybersecurity, or large-scale enterprise environments
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
