- The Lead Generation Specialist will be expected to achieve a targeted number of quality leads that drive revenue for Client.
- Creating new revenue opportunities/MQLs using emails, phone calls and follow-ups
- Define and implement effective processes to support goal attainment
- Build a database of prospect accounts through primary and secondary research
- Engage and communicate to impress upon prospects the need to evaluate client solutions through emails and telephone calls
- In due course, identify and develop a local tele-agency and drive them to achieve set goals
- Sharing qualified leads with client sales executives for further development and closure
- Build collaborative relationships with sales team
- Assign the leads to appropriate segment and Sales team member and ensure regular follow-up till closure
- Use CRM for lead pipeline management
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Keep a track of competitor activities
- Generate market intelligence through secondary research
- Enable customer insights through phone surveys whenever needed
- Serve as central point of contact on all telesales concerns and direction
- Document and act on key risks and issues impacting the leaf generation program
- A qualification in Civil Engineering will be a definite advantage.
- Work experience: 2-4 years’ experience in tele-led business development/inside sales preferably in the Construction / Engineering / CAD industry
- Ability to research and analyse data, trends and a comfort with numbers is a must
- Strong computer skills (Excel , Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) , PowerPoint, Microsoft Access, MS Projects)
- Self-motivated, driven and an attention to details are important pre-requisites. A positive and determined attitude is a must.
- Pleasing personality with excellent command over oral and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills as well as willingness and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
