At Dzukou, we are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies and campaigns to enhance the company's online presence and drive customer engagement. You will also be responsible for managing and monitoring our social media platforms, creating and editing captivating content, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content.Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
Manage and update all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Create and curate engaging and shareable content for social media posts, including graphics, videos, and blog posts
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices and implement them into our strategy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all social media platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and driving engagement
Strong knowledge of social media analytics and tools for monitoring and measuring performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
A creative mindset and a passion for creating engaging social media content
