- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customer-centric processes.
- Work closely with the operations team of partners during product design stage to make sure the operational aspect of the business is covered.
- Understand Bank's internal operations functions thoroughly and work with partners in establishing right process and governing mechanism for all operational risks.
- Making sure all settlements due to the partner are done on daily as per agreed SLAs and help the core operations team resolve any differences in reconciliation.
- Work with finance team in timely raising and clearing of all invoices both inward and outward.
- Work with collections team in providing support for data and set up processes where need be.
- Day to day engagement with partners team for Operational and Customer Service related items.
- Work with audit (internal and external) teams to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Own MIS reporting for all teams and publish daily reports.
- Own monthly review decks and establish processes for regular reports to all relevant stake holders.
