Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Solution Expert with 4-6 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining storage solutions, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security of data. He/She should ensure integration and compatibility with other storage platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for provisioning, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing storage solutions.
Ensure seamless integration of storage with various operating systems (and virtualization platforms.
Ensure the system's reliability, security, and performance, providing expert support and troubleshooting.
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data protection and implementing security measures to protect storage systems and data.
Provides technical support for the study and implementation phases of complex regional projects.
Provides technical support for projects and manages MSP delivery.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and installation guides.
Participate in incident, change, and problem management processes as per ITIL standards.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to support deployments and integrations.
Vendor management and reporting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in deploying and administering NetApp and Hitachi Storage.
Experience in implementing and managing data protection solutions (e.g., snapshots, replication, backup).
Experience in troubleshooting performance issues and conducting root cause analysis.
Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
