- Build a strong relationship with the users and MDM community through the support activity.
- Provide relevant support activity across all domain in MDM.
- Managing tickets and ensuring comprehensive knowledge management for queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
- Master Data Quality, Data Modeling and workflows monitoring
- User Support (Access management, Request management & Incident management)
- Functional Administration (Release note management, maintenance coordination with Global release Team)
- Data Quality (Mass updates, Master Data request, KPIs,)
- Change Management (communication on Yammer, training, animation of MDM administrator communities, …)
- Flow Monitoring (Import /export flows)
- Support the multiple Business Units and Functions in Technip Energies over MDM application through Service Now ticketing tool, Emails or over Teams.
- Review and identify recurring issues to create Knowledge base to share with L1 team for quick support.
- Support Testing with Internal and External team for new enhancement or Interface build and create support documentation.
- Communicate updates to key stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and end-users.
- Provide training and assistance to the business users as required.
- Performing Data Analysis, preparing reports and doing mass data Updates in MDM application.
- Good analytical and organization skills (variety of activities in a fast-paced environment)
- Should be a good Business Analyst
- Understanding of data governance, roles and responsibilities.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative and remote environment
- Service & results oriented.
- Fluent English, solid oral and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated and autonomous
- Knowledge of ticketing tool like ServiceNow
- Hand on and knowledge of Tibco EBX MDM
- Knowledge of energy industry
- Knowledge of international intercultural communication practices
- Hand on experience on BI tool
- Knowledge of ticketing tool like ServiceNow
- Experience in Data Management & referential data
