Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Administration to oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of office facilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Premises Management:
Oversee overall office infrastructure, housekeeping, maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace environment. * Team Supervision:Manage and supervise office support staff (office boys, housekeeping staff), ensuring proper task allocation and discipline. * Travel Desk Management:Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including bookings (flights, hotels, cabs) while ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to company policies. * Purchase & Vendor Management:Manage procurement of office supplies and services, negotiate with vendors, maintain relationships, and ensure timely delivery and cost control. * Courier & Dispatch Management:Oversee all courier and parcel activities including inward/outward logistics, record maintenance, and timely dispatch. * Asset Management:Maintain records of company assets, track allocation, ensure proper usage, and coordinate audits and maintenance. * Process & Compliance:Develop and implement administrative processes and SOPs to enhance efficiency, control costs, and ensure compliance with company policies.
