BMS Engineer

• Strong understanding of HVAC, lighting, and energy systems
• Knowledge of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, LonWorks, DALI, Zigbee)
• Familiarity with network architecture and IP-based systems
• knowledge hardware and software for controllers, sensors, and actuators
• Experience in integrating third-party systems
• SCADA systems and HMIs (design, configuration, and maintenance)
• Basic electrical and control panel knowledge
• Understanding of I/O configuration and device commissioning

• System integration with IT infrastructure (servers, cloud platforms, databases)
• Understanding of virtualization (VMs), cloud computing, and APIs

• Agile methodology (Scrum ceremonies, sprints, backlog management)
• Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
• ITIL v2 Foundation knowledge (Incident, Change, and Problem Management)
• Service delivery and support framework understanding
• Documentation and compliance with IT service standards

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Client/stakeholder interaction and requirements gathering
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 4+ Years
