About Us: Indian Development Center (IDC) with a long-standing experience of working with a range of partners including the Governments at the State, District and Local bodies level has set up a unique training and innovation centre in the peri-urban area of Khurja about 30 km away from Greater Noida. The training centre has two training halls which can run parallel sessions for building the capacities of 120 persons/officials. The Center is poised to step-up research & innovation in the field of waste management be it solid waste or wastewater to the next level of advancement in support of ambitious plans which have been agreed upon with a range of partners. What You'll Do: IDC is seeking to recruit suitably qualified persons as Interns who will be a part of the program team and support in activities including programmatic and operational. The responsibilities of the interns shall include, but will not be limited to: 1.Assisting program team with research, data analysis, and report preparation. 2. Provide timely inputs to the logistics team with regards to the no. of participants for a training and corresponding schedule 3. Extensive coordination with Panchayati Raj officials. 4. Data entry on the designated web portals 5. Coordinate and receive guidance from the senior faculty and trainers Who We're Looking For: Enthusiastic students pursuing Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Urban Planning/Environment Planning and related fields. Knowledge of software such as Auto Cad, ArcGIS, Photoshop, MS office etc. is a desired requirement.
