Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Manager located in Kakinada. The MEP Manager will be responsible for coordinating MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of construction projects, including design, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers. Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Egineering Experience: 15-20 Years Location: Kakinada DESIRED CANDIDATE: Proven experience as a MEP manager in High rise buildings. Must have completed and handed over atleast 2 High rise buildings. In-depth understanding and experience in execution of Electrical, Plumbing, sanitary, drainage, sewage, HVAC, Fire, LV, BMS etc. Responsible for the management of design, construction, procurement, Preparation, and finalisation of BOQS, specifications & budgets related to MEP works. Should be Dynamic and proactive. JOB DESCRIPTION: Providing in-house consultation to architects and guidance during meetings with external consultants. Independent study of designs and drawings provided by external consultants and corrective drawings and suggestions to be provided to architects for further outward communication. Appoint vendors for supply and installation and hand over to projects team through a kick off meeting. Coordinating with site times for progress review. Attend the meetings with Architects, consultants, site team. Documentation for proper system handover to facilities team. Documentation for NOC and OC purposes. Gather new vendors for contracts dept. Preparation of DBR , BOQ , Work orders and budgets related to MEP works. New product Exposure for implementation of future works. Supervise execution of works as per final drawings on site by projects team Undertake MEP design tasks for in-house projects as per management deliberations. Participate where required in all aspects of the project management for the Electrical/Mechanical works. Co-ordinate with the main contractor and other sub-contractors at site. Manage and supervises the onsite works. Undertake the detailed short-term planning and co-ordination at site in accordance with the master programme. Ensure that all information is available & materials are available at site to undertake the works. Ensure all materials are correctly stored at site and installed without damage. Control of the quality and technical correctness of the installation in accordance with the project quality assurance plan. Ensure that the works are carried out in a safe manner in accordance with the project safety plan. Monitors the production and quality of sub-contractors works at site. Maintains records of the changes to the working drawings to enable the record drawings to be produced. Manages the system testing and commissioning
