Key responsibilities:The incumbent will be responsible for overall profitability, construction milestones, customer management &NPS, and quality of the project. The Project director would be required to manage a cross-functional team &must be well versed with the overall value chain in the Real Estate Industry (Land Acquisition to ProjectDelivery)P&L OwnershipAsset Management - to preserve or enhance project profitability and returnsAOP Planning - to preserve business planDay to day management of the site.Execution of project as per Business PlanRisk ManagementFlagging & resolving risks to project returns during Pre-Construction Phase & Under Construction stageTo evaluate and provide mitigation mechanism and proactively highlighting critical risks and proposingrecommendation/options to the management for way forward.PeopleDefines and sets work objectives/Goals for team members in line with the AOPReviews tasks completed by team members and conduct regular performance reviewsCompletes performance appraisals & people related processes of teamCarries out team building & engagement activitiesProcess Adherence & ImprovementIdentifies processes/procedures in own work area that need improvement. Recommends process improvement ideas to streamline efficiency/costs/productivity Undertakesprocess improvement activities in own work areaComplies with company defined guidelines and processesAdheres to project timelinesWho are we looking for?QualificationPost-Graduation from Premier B-SchoolChartered Financial Accountant / Chartered Financial AnalystExperience:At least 7- 10 years of experience in a similar role in Real Estate Industry
