Carryout & maintain the day-to-day maintenance operations (electrical, electronics & mechanical (hydraulic & pneumatic)) and to assume responsibility for maintaining the physical asset of the plant.
Should be aware of all electrical statutory & regulatory requirements as per the government regulations & establishes & maintains if missing any, from time to time.
Perform regular maintenance & maintain proper condition of HT yard, LT Panel, Distribution panel, Capacitor panel, Earth Pits etc. activities related to the facility Services for Electrical Maintenance Services at the plant.
To understand & comply with all Sealed Air EHS Standards like Machine guarding, PPE, LOTO, Hot Work, Work at Height, AED, Safety Management System etc.
Ensuring that machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment run optimally with minimal downtime
Training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
Diagnose breakdown problems
Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
Monitor & Control maintenance tools, stores, equipment & cost.
Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
Sourcing & Vendor management: Coordinating with maintenance vendors for spares purchase & Maintenance activities.
Schedule and complete the "Preventative Maintenance Program" of all machines, utilities etc.
Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

Qualifications

Proven track record in a MNC as Plant Maintenance Engineer.
Must have 7+ years in Plant Maintenance.
Experience of the Packaging materials industry or food industry or Pharma packaging.

Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
Familiar with operating plant equipment safely and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Crisis Management
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strategic mindset and technical aptitude
Fluent in English & local language (Kannada)
Project management skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently and interact with people at all levels within and outside the company
Able to work under pressure
