Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
  • Knowledge of Transmission / Transaxle Assembly /Gear Box Process.
  • Knowledge of Basic Machining Process of Gears & Aluminium Housings.
  • In depth knowledge about PFMEA / Control Plan / PFC . (Machining & Assembly)
  • Knowledge of Performance test parameters of Gear Box.
  • Knowledge of New Product Development Process.
  • Knowledge of Quality Systems in general and TS- 16949, APQP, PPAP.
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement on shop floor through various improvement tools like Kaizen, QC story, DOE etc.
  • Ensure adherence to & continuous support in productivity, quality, Cost & delivery improvement initiatives
  • Tooling Design, 2D drawing & 3D model, Design from finish part drawing using (Software's: like UGNX6 /Catia, AutoCAD). Expertise in AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of Jigs & Fixtures and assembly tooling's, Pneumatic tools and DC Nut runners.
