He should have adequate computer skills to deal with all the websites of Government... And also should process the skills of Auto Cad, Map info etc... Good Scientific and Technical Skills Good Observation Skils Strong communication and written skills Good Methodical approach , including problem solving Should capable of guiding any new mines acquires with is technical expertise The person should be willing to travel and should work where ever he is placed...
