Lead the creation of high-complexity content while reviewing contributions from other writers. Collaborate with stakeholders and maintain strong relationships to ensure alignment with strategic messaging and project goals. Foster the development of junior writers through mentorship and supportWho You Are:Minimum Requirements:

5-8 years of professional experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or clinical research in an international Pharma/Biotech/agency setting.
Advanced degree in science, medicine, or a related field.
Proven track record of successful scientific writing and project leadership.

Preferred Requirements:

Therapeutic expertise in one or more of the organization's key therapy areas (Oncology, Rare Tumours Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic, Endocrinology).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience in cross-functional project management in an international setting.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex processes.
