Job Description:Must have skills:
  • Good understanding of Server Virtualization solution like VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Nutanix etc..
  • Build\manage virtual infrastructure for our clients.
  • Complete assigned incident management tasks.
  • Secure the infrastructure with latest OS patch, drivers & firmware.
  • Perform daily operational and pro-active checks to maintain availability.
  • Develop SOP documents and implement best practices.
  • Support 24x7 On-call and troubleshoot critical events.
  • Perform capacity planning.
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
Good to have skills:
  • Deep understanding on VDI solutions like VMware Horizon & Citrix.
  • Hands on experience on managing Dell VxRail, Cisco UCS and HP blade servers.
  • Train and mentor junior Engineers on Server Virtualization solutions.
Responsibilities:Provide support to internal users of Oracle Applications and legacy applications and ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Oracle Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future applications releases. Train users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource.
