- Perform a wide range of beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other specialized services as required by guests.
- Conduct skin analyses and provide recommendations for products or treatments that align with the guest’s needs.
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable and welcome.
- Offer personalized beauty advice, treatment recommendations, and aftercare tips.
- Maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Adhere to all hygiene and safety standards, ensuring tools and equipment are sanitized after each use.
- Keep beauty stations and treatment rooms clean and organized at all times.
- Promote and sell beauty products and services to guests, based on their individual needs.
- Stay updated on new beauty trends, products, and techniques.
- Work closely with other spa staff, such as massage therapists, wellness experts, and receptionists, to provide seamless service to guests.
- Assist with scheduling and managing appointments effectively.
- Ensure guests receive outstanding service from the moment they enter the spa to the time they leave.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and reports are completed as per hotel policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or spa environment, is an advantage.
- Experience in providing luxury beauty treatments and knowledge of high-end beauty products.
