We are looking for a highly organized and personable Podcast Guest Relations Executive to help us manage and grow our podcast guest experience. You will be the primary point of contact for podcast guests — from initial outreach to post-episode follow-up.RequirementsResponsibilities:

Research and identify potential guests aligned with our podcast’s mission and audience
Reach out to and book high-quality guests
Schedule and coordinate interviews, working with hosts and production team
Manage all communications with guests before and after the show
Prepare guest briefing documents and ensure they’re prepped for the episode
Promote episodes collaboratively with guests after publishing

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in podcasting, PR, talent booking, or similar roles is a big plus
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
