  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling subscription-based services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like BFSI, Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.
Job Specification
  • 3-6 years of direct telesales experience, Strong understanding of industries such as BFSI, Ed-Tech, Consumer Goods, Auto, Real Estate, and Jobs.
  • Proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience as a successful telesales representative
  • The ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages (English & Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali) based on regional requirements
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to handle and resolve issues and complaints effectively
  • Minimum qualification of 12th grade; candidates with any graduate or postgraduate degree are also encouraged to apply.
