  • To design and run a global operational team supporting products and services across the enterprise.
  • To identify, review, and understand common trends and patterns across the Enterprise tech Stack and partner with respective teams.
  • To work closely with the Data team and develop a set of robust reporting mechanisms along with monitoring and improving user experience.
Role requirements
  • Overall 16+ years of experience with a minimum of 10+ years in enterprise operational management.
  • Strong experience with ITIL, Incident Management, ServiceNow along with Enterprise tools like Microsoft 365, Citrix, etc.
  • Experience in developing core Service Management processes and scaling operational excellence.
  • Experience of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders along with leading and mentoring the respective teams.
