Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Java and related technologies, is required for this role.
Skilled in Java programming, along with experience in Spring Boot, Spring Web, Spring Actuator, and Spring Data frameworks.
Possess excellent communication skills in English, essential for discussing technical requirements, presenting design and feature demos in sprints, and effectively conveying developed solutions to stakeholders during scrum activities.
Proficient in MongoDB or other NoSQL databases, with an understanding of database management and operations.
Familiar with Confluent Kafka for messaging and Docker Desktop for containerization, demonstrating an understanding of modern software deployment practices.
Proficient in developing and testing APIs, with practical experience using tools like POSTMAN.
Comfortable using IDEs such as VS Code and IntelliJ IDEA for software development.
Experienced with version control systems, with a preference for experience in Azure.
Familiar with system access and monitoring tools like PuTTY, and experience with Kafka and Zookeeper in a Spring Boot environment.
Capable of working in a high-performance, agile scrum environment, actively contributing to various projects and participating in development sprints.
Able to establish and manage system performance metrics, focusing on rapid issue detection and effective problem resolution.

Job Responsibilities:

Contribute to enhancing and supporting the CircP system through proficient coding in Java, integration, and feature development, focusing on personalizing retail offers and system optimization.
Assist in optimizing and monitoring the performance of the bidding agent platform, collaborating with data science teams to support real-time bidding processes and system responsiveness.
Participate in developing and maintaining the ‘All Outlet Rewards’ product, leveraging the Digital Offer Management Platform (DOMP) to ensure optimal coupon personalization and seamless integration into omnichannel campaigns.
Develop high-quality Java code for the CircP system, incorporating best practices in software development and thorough unit testing to ensure robust functionality.
Perform routine maintenance of the CircP system, managing a large volume of retail offers and personalizing them for targeted audiences through effective data ingestion and processing.
Configure the CircP system for new retailer integrations, ensuring the accurate ingestion and management of offer data, and collaborate with Data Science for model development.
Build new RESTful endpoints for integration with DSP platforms like Beeswax, facilitate ads’ display and bidding, and use JavaScript for landing page functionality.
Continuously optimize and monitor the high-volume, low-latency bidding agent platform, ensuring rapid response times and effective handling of a large scale of bid requests.
Engage in two-week sprints for the addition of new retailers, encompassing the build-out of configurations, testing, and troubleshooting misconfigurations.
Implement personalized coupon features in the DOMP, determining which audience segments receive specific incentives and ensuring the coupons are valid across various retailers.
Establish and manage system metrics to monitor performance, ensuring rapid issue detection and response for effective problem resolution and communication.
