Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and execute state-wise sales strategies aligned with national goals.- Lead revenue planning and ensure achievement of primary and secondary sales targets. - Build and manage strong field teams - including RSMs, ASMs, SOs, and FSI teams - across all three states. - Appoint, nurture, and monitor Super Stockists and Distributors; ensure proper servicing and ROI. - Monitor monthly performance vs targets and initiate corrective actions where required. - Drive visibility, in-store execution, and adherence to merchandising guidelines. - Own new product launches and ensure GTM execution with the field force and channel partners. - Identify high-potential markets and recommend expansion or resource reallocation plans. - Coordinate with marketing for region-specific promotions, campaigns, and activation plans. - Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities and gather real-time feedback. - Streamline regional operations - including order flow, stock movement, claim settlement, and scheme rollouts. - Review and optimize credit policies, outstanding payments, and distributor hygiene. - Ensure training, development, and performance tracking of the field sales team. - Monitor competitor activities and update management with actionable insights. - Handle regional escalations, key account discussions, and drive retail engagement. - Work closely with the supply chain, accounts, and trade marketing teams to ensure alignment (ref:updazz.com)
