You'll receive hands-on training to review closed loan documents, ensure accuracy and compliance, and build your career in a fast-paced, professional environment.JOB FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Review closed loan documents for completeness and accuracy using our Loan Setup / Underwriting Component checklist.
Learn to identify deficiencies and enter suspense conditions into the Loan Origination System (LOS)
Work with different loan types such as Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA
Support data entry and updates into LOS for loan delivery
Gain a working knowledge of investor guidelines like Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA
Adhere to internal deadlines and work as part of a production team.
Be open to flexible work schedules, including night shifts if required.
QUALIFICATION:
Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree (any field, preference for Finance or related areas)
Strong attention to detail and good comprehension skills
Effective communication skills-both written and verbal
Eager to learn and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
WORK SCHEDULE OR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:This role follows a Day/Mid shift schedule.The position is structured as hybrid: while most responsibilities can be fulfilled remotely, training will be conducted on-site at our Mumbai office (Onity Group Inc).Candidates should be open to work from office as needed, based on business requirements and team coordination needs.
