Responsible for establishing financial policies and procedures. Conducting its relationship with lending institutions and the financial community. Responsible for appraising unit operating results in terms of costs, budgets, and trends. Oversees the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial report. Responsibility: l Level of position will vary based on the size; scope; and complexity of facility; l Develops, analyzes and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against the budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the location; l Serves as a power user knowing the details and mechanics of the financial systems. l Responsible for evaluating the accounting department and supervision over internal auditing cost accounting and budgetary controls; l Directs internal controls in the financial reporting activities and management; l Ensure to support all activities surrounding the annual audit performed by outside auditors; l Manages the general ledger activity and allocates between various corporate entities; l Responsible for developing employees, supervisors and/or managers to increase the talent level for the facility. | Should have handled 3 or more plants with revenue size of minimum INR 500 crs each plant. | Should have worked in SAP for at least 5-7 years and well versed with FICO, MM, SD. | Should have minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting. | Should have minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis | Should be a good listener and communicator. | Should have hands on exposure in Microsoft Excel and PPT Qualification : CA or ICWA with 10 - 15 years of work experience Specific Knowledge - Majored in Accounting, Finance or similar will be preferred Industry Preferred - Auto is a plus Experience required - More than 10 years experiences in Finance, preferably in a MNC with more than 3 years' experience in management roles Specific Ability - Proficient in costing flow, cost accumulation and allocation system in SAP; Skilled in analysis and data processing using EXCEL; Logical thinking, detail-oriented, proactive and efficient work style.
