CognoSpace's core philosophy is to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and practical application through hands-on activities and projects.Role Overview:As a Business Development Lead - Field Sales, you will be responsible for driving growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals through on-ground efforts. You'll represent Cognospace in the market, build trust with decision-makers, and promote our suite of products and services to potential clients.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and field visits.- Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demos with educational institutions, corporates, or channel partners.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure long-term engagement.- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through structured sales planning and field outreach.- Collaborate with the internal product and marketing teams for customized pitches and proposals.- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM and prepare regular reports on performance.- Participate in events, trade shows, and seminars for brand visibility and lead generation.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B solutions.- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with frequent travel within the assigned region.- Knowledge of CRM tools and basic sales reporting.- Fluency in English and the local language is preferred.
