We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Industrial Staff Nurse to provide healthcare services to employees at our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for first aid treatment, medical assessments, occupational health support, and promoting general well-being in the workplace.Key Responsibilities:
Provide first aid and emergency care to employees in case of workplace injuries, illnesses, or accidents.Maintain accurate records of all medical cases and incidents using proper documentation protocols.Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor the general well-being of employees.Assist with health surveillance programs and periodic medical examinations.Manage the onsite medical room/clinic and ensure the availability of necessary supplies and equipment.Provide health education and promote awareness on hygiene, ergonomics, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyles.Support in handling health-related compliance requirements as per government and company policies (e.g., Factory Act, OSHA).Coordinate with external medical facilities and emergency services when needed.Assist in vaccination programs and health screening drives.Maintain stock and usage logs for medicines and first aid kits.Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing).Registered Nurse with a valid license from [Nursing Council of India or relevant country/region].Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.Minimum 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setup.Job requirements
