- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Create and maintain sales forecasts and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Monitor the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
- Ensure that sales team members follow best practices and company standards.
- Coordinate with interior designers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate client requirements and preferences to the design team.
- Must have a diploma / degree in any discipline
- Candidate must have 2 years of relevant sales experience in construction, interior design or architectural industry
- Someone who goes into the market and meets Architects and Interior Designers.
- Should be well-versed with the industry and architects
- Ability to communicate in hindi, english and local language fluently
