- Coordinate with transporters and third-party logistics providers.
- Support negotiation and execution of transportation agreements.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and shipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Follow safety protocols and assist in periodic risk assessments.
- Provide daily/weekly logistics updates and reports to the manager.
- Track logistics expenses and highlight cost-optimization opportunities.
