We’re starting in Interventional Psychiatry.About the Role:This is the first hire for our Go-To-Market function in India. You’ll work directly with the founding team to support market research, strategic analysis, and GTM execution across functions. This is a high-growth opportunity for early-career professionals looking to build depth and breadth in strategy and operations, with direct exposure to healthcare innovation and venture building.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:1. Market Intelligence· Conduct market, customer, and competitor research· Track trends, consolidate insights, and share updates across the org· Maintain a central knowledge base2. Strategic Analysis· Develop financial and operational models· Translate research into decision-ready recommendations· Assist in preparing strategy memos and investor materials3. Growth Support· Analyze new markets, partners, and services· Contribute to marketing and sales materials· Support core ops: presentations, reporting, project trackingQualifications:· 1–3 years in consulting, business strategy, operations, or research· Excellent analytical and communication skills· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail· Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools· Preferred: Tier 1 undergraduate or postgraduate backgroundWhat We’re Looking For:We’re seeking a candidate who is:
