- Supervise and control online production and packing operations in accordance with EXCiPACT standards, cGMP and FDA guidelines and company procedures.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems to ensure smooth production processes.
- Manage production team members during the shift to achieve daily output and efficiency targets.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EXCiPACT and FDA guidelines, SOPs, and EHS protocols.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Engineering and EHS teams for effective shift operations as well as preventive and breakdown maintenance period.
- Ensure proper documentation of production logs, filling of BMR, shift handovers, and deviation reports.
- To ensure proper use of raw material and strict adherence to documented standard operating procedures, and process control parameters during production & packing.
- To obtain feedback from QC on quality trends during the shift and instruct the operators accordingly.
- Drive compliance in line clearance, changeover, and in-process checks.
- Train and mentor shift operators to enhance technical skills and ensure compliance awareness.
- Participate actively in internal/external audits and support CAPA implementation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of online production and packing operations.
- Hands-on experience in EXCiPACT / cGMP-regulated plants.
- Leadership qualities with proven team-handling ability.
- Good communication, Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and shift reporting abilities.
