Job Title: Senior Account Manager/Director Required Experience: 10-12 years Location: Pune/Bangalore The Senior Account Manager/Director reports directly to the CBO, works closely with the India Leadership Team, and will have access to Subject Matter Experts to assist with client meetings when necessary Opportunity Overview: Zymr Inc. is a Product Engineering Services Company headquartered in Silicon Valley, California. Zymr Inc. has successfully served 120 leading Technology clients through our multiple Development Centers. 75% of leads will be through existing contacts and cold calling, and the balance, 25%, will be driven by marketing programs the company drives. Requirements: Minimum of 10-12 years of sales experience. Should have a good understanding of the Captive Industry Segment, GCCs (Global Capability Centers), and well-funded India-based Start-Up Technology Companies. Ability to identify and acquire new logos with hunting and farming capabilities to create new business opportunities. Should be able to engage CXO / C-Level executives and network with key decision-makers & other influencers in Captives/GCCs. Directly own the account plans and target forecasting revenue/ order book, maintaining and growing pipeline. Should have existing client & partner relationships in this sector. Ability to construct & execute a multiyear business plan. Should be a good communicator. This customer-facing role will require leading presentations/discussions with the customers, including price and contract negotiation. Should be a go-getter and be able to own and drive the internal teams towards achieving the stated goals.
