The Legal Consultant will support business stakeholders on vendor, procurement, and expense-related contracts, providing pragmatic legal advice and managing end-to-end contract life cycle processes.
  • Assisting and working closely with business stakeholders and other functions.
  • Will be involved to work on vendor and expense contracts.
  • Liaison and work with procurement/finance teams on contracts for purchasing.
  • Collaborating closely with internal clients and members of the legal teams to get contracts closed, including where needed, with the relevant stakeholder approvals.
  • Contract life cycle management - owning the process of contract signature and filling.
  • Providing trusted and proactive legal expertise, both verbally and in writing, which is pragmatic.
  • Advising management and functional teams on legal and regulatory issues that may arise in the course of their day-to-day functioning.
