- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's talent acquisition goals.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions that effectively communicate requirements and expectations.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and other key performance indicators.
- Source candidates through online job boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates & hiring managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recommend improvements to recruitment processes and procedures.
- Master's degree in human resources.
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Technology hiring is preferred
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
