Experience: 4+ years in market access and pricing Job Description: The Manager for OBU / BBU Access & Reimbursement plays a pivotal role as the Access Business partner for the Oncology (OR) CVRM and Respiratory Business Units. This position also involves collaborating closely with Institutional Business teams across India-MC. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with Oncology (OR) CVRM & Respiratory Business Units to develop business cases for new product launches and access enhancement strategies. Representing India-MC in internal Oncology (OR) CVRM and Respiratory Access forums. Developing tools and strategies to improve patient access for Oncology (OR) CVRM and Respiratory products across both private and public sectors. Working with cross-functional teams, including other Access colleagues, to implement access strategies effectively. Serving as a key business partner for Institutional Business teams across India-MC, contributing to the development of strategies and tools for faster and wider reimbursement. Eligibility Requirements: Preferably holds an MBA from a reputed institution. Prior experience in Institutional Business, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Development & Licensing, or Strategy roles. Demonstrates a detailed understanding of public health systems and reimbursement markets.
