Lead the implementation and optimization of AB tests using AB Tasty across various digital platforms
Collaborate with product managers designers and marketing teams to understand the business goals into highperforming experiments
Write clean efficient and scalable frontend code using HTML CSS and JavaScript
Debug and troubleshoot issues related to test deployment performance and user experience
Ensure crossbrowser and crossdevice compatibility for all experiments
Maintain documentation and best practices for AB Tasty usage and frontend development standards
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Required Skills
Expertlevel proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript
Handson experience with AB Tasty or similar AB testing platforms
Strong debugging and problemsolving skills in web environments
Familiarity with browser developer tools and performance profiling
Understanding of UX principles and conversion optimization strategies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of tag management systems eg Google Tag Manager
Experience working in agile teams
Exposure to analytics tools preferably GA4 and datadriven decisionmaking
Knowledge of tag management systems and event tracking strategies
