Job Description Leading a team of sales professionals. Developing strategic sales plans. Achieving revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain the right network and identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, lead generation activities etc. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. At least a completed bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 8 + Years of relevant experience in Asst Manager Sales and Should have knowledge of All products - Air / Ocean. Should have strong working knowledge of CRM software and other tools utilized in the Sales profession Experience in managing sales in a corporate setting and proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing. Good interpersonal and communication/presentation skills, both written and oral, sharp business acumen.
