- Facilitate the team for ensuring community awareness by using community mobilization tools like posters, banners, pamphlets, motivational videos etc.
- Facilitate the team to build the rapport with key village leaders like sarpanch, teachers, caste leaders, ASHA/Anganwadi workers etc to take their help in mobilizing community.
- Motivate the team to mobilize community (youth, women, farmers) for building their new skills so that people are able to enhance their income through new initiatives.
- Facilitate the team to organize the training sessions on different topics as per the need of community specially on agriculture, dairy, poultry, goatry, mason, carpenter, house painter, plumber etc.
- (Organization will conduct the training of trainers).
- Facilitate the team to provide training certificates to qualified community members.
- Should have their own bike and android mobile
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to exclusively work in the field.
- A proactive mindset.
