- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; background in education, technology, and/or platform solutions preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Experience creating regional plans and working with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills who can create strong relationships at all levels; confident, collaborative, solutions-driven
- Very organised and thrives on keeping a project and a team on track
- A communications pro who knows how to create comms that are clear, concise, and human centred.
- Natural affinity for putting yourself in the customer’s shoes and advocating for the customer
- Analytically driven; you know how to measure and report on the performance of your marketing activity
- Support the Head of Global Marketing to create and deliver marketing programs for our clients across different regions.
- Recommend, execute, and track targeted regional marketing plans that span across digital campaigns, sales collateral, client advocacy, and industry events and associations.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to design and execute marketing campaigns that support the Sales lifecycle. Building awareness, engagement, and conversion of new customers across new and existing markets.
- Manage the execution of local events, conferences, and digital events to ensure we deliver an on-brand experience and maximise marketing leverage - sales collateral, eDMs, booth activation, etc.
- Drive sales enablement through the creation of localised sales tools, collateral, presentations, and marketing materials to ensure the regional team is equipped for success.
- Localise global marketing activities to drive regional brand building, demand generation, and deepening our customer and partner relationships; in close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team
- Develop relationships with customers and the partner success team to enable the creation of testimonials including case studies, videos, webinars, feedback groups, and more.
- Analyse performance of field marketing activity and establish a regular reporting & communications cadence with stakeholders on field marketing efforts.
