The candidate will require to work in a start-up environment and must have roll up your sleeves attitude in its inception days.The Sr. Application Developer role provides an opportunity to work on an enterprise-level engine across various teams to make an immediate impact within a cutting-edge technology organization.Description and ResponsibilitiesTake on priorities and provide commitments to the scheduled delivery of software and solutions for Artic clientsParticipate in detailed design sessions to create solutions including external integration and contractual details with external partnersCommunicate innovative ideas to contribute to success for stakeholders or the organizationResearch effectively and perform technical spikes when a task is outside experienceGood organizational skills and ability to take notesTake advantage of opportunities to learn new skills through hands-on experienceSeek ways to increase the level of responsibilityAwareness and communication of potential conflicts and risksAbility to identify probable causes of an issue and make suggestions for resolutionRaise issues appropriately to managementAssist in creation and development of proposals and statements of work in collaboration with Business Development, PM, and other departmentsRequired Qualifications5+ years of software development experience building a product or servicePrior experience of working with US based clientsFluency in C# and .NET development patternsExperience with developing and deploying API’sSolid understanding of Microsoft Azure or AWS (Amazon Web Services) platforms (at least 2 years of experience)Experience with Azure DevOps and deployment pipelinesExpertise in the Microsoft Tech Stack including M365Solid experience with build systemsComfortable with front-end developmentExpertise with SQL queriesStrong debugging skillsTechnical excellence and commitment to qualityAbility to self-start and work independently.Excellent communication skillsPrior experience of mentoring and guiding Jr. team membersProfessional SkillsPrior consulting experience strongly preferredExcellent thought leadership and management skillsStrong sense of ownership, teaming attitude, and ability work across a distributed organizationProven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environmentProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentRelentless proactive planning to eliminate issues and downtimeConstant innovation to make Artic better and fasterAbility to get ahead of the curve with new technologies and learn quicklyAbility to travel as necessaryBenefitsJoin Artic and you will benefit from outstanding professional support and investment in your development.
