Job Summary: We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Tele Sales and Marketing Executives for our Edtech company. As a Tele Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our educational products and services over the phone. This position offers an excellent opportunity for freshers to start their career in sales and marketing within the dynamic field of education technology. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads lists. Introduce and explain our educational products and services to potential customers, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions. Build rapport with customers through effective communication and active listening. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Handle objections and concerns raised by customers, providing appropriate responses and overcoming objections to close sales. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas set by the company. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor. Ability to engage customers over the phone and build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets and quotas. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in tele sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Knowledge of the education technology industry is beneficial. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is desirable. Freshers are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
